When I was a child I used to visit the rockpools near my Grandfather’s house. I was fascinated by the creatures in the pools – a sea urchin or a jellyfish. Those rockpools were so full of life. This painting brings some of those creatures back and shows the viewer the diversity of sea life in the ocean.
