How much does Anxiety weigh? For myself it can be crushing and feel like 100’s of kilos on my body and at other times it is like carrying barbells around, but regardless whether a little or a lot it always weighs heavily on me physically, emotionally or spiritually creating ongoing issues of stress/anxiety, insomnia, fatigue and pain. This installation is a physical representation of of how heavy my anxiety feels .
