As I have an acquired brain injury, mental health and neuroplasticity are very important to me. The way I experience and see the world as well as the way other people see me has changed considerably.

The eyes play such a significant role in how your brain functions; your biases and what you find aseptically pleasing or stimulating. The eye provides input for neuroplasticity building practices, which influence your mood and mental health.
