Majeeda Cox - Sun Woman
Majeeda Cox
Golden Woman 2022
acrylic on canvas
The difficulties that come from being a woman are real, but there is also power and beauty. The complexity and wealth of womanhood belongs to women only, with their biological basis and shared experiences.
Did you know that if your bones are dug up by people years after your death, they will be able to see whether you were a man or a woman? Women are female to their bones, as men are male to theirs.
