I created this piece by combing the mediums I enjoy working with. The Organic Sea uses Dutch pour, metallics and organic upcycled materials to reflect the beauty of coral and the depth of the ocean.
About Deb Kaye
Deb is an incredibly patient and productive artist, who loves to create with found objects – upcycling op-shop finds, unusual materials, ornaments and items foraged from the outdoors.
Having always participated in craft making, she is continuously searching for fresh ideas while embarking on great challenges involving numerous steps that are both highly innovative and resourceful. Individual detailed works utilising intricate pieces may take Deb several weeks to complete.
While Deb predominantly created sculptural pieces of art, she also paints, makes jewellery and decorates furniture – all expressing her own natural style.
